There are many excellent resources one can obtain for fitness and wellness. Most of them address one aspect such as exercise, nutrition, or counseling. My program addresses all aspects of wellness. My coaching vision helps people achieve exciting fit lives, with ideal weight and positive self-image.
I have experience as a personal fitness trainer as well as a life coach . . . so you get two professionals in one!
HABITS: HOW CHANGE WORKS
Habits are just patterns…patterns can be changed. Good habits can make our lives run smoothly and effortlessly. Unfortunately, bad habits can keep you locked in self-destructive patterns.This limits your success.
To realize your success, I will teach you to drop bad habits and develop new ones that are in line with the new life you desire. What are the habits you have that are keeping you from your goals? What will life be like when you turn those unwanted habits into productive habits?

Coaching is a distinct process of support. A coach and a client form a unique partnership. Together, we create your ideal life in one or more particular areas. We develop a vision and plan to achieve your goals. We create and set new challenges.
I provide clarity of values and direction that expand your views beyond your perceived limitations (you’re better than you think you are). From me you will receive acknowledgment and encouragement.
The result of this dialogue is a new vision that will move you, the client, toward action. Without action, no new insights, awareness, or change can occur. Action creates your new future.
