		<description>Sometimes you really do need an &quot;in-between&quot; size dumbbell or kettlebell depending on the exercise or rep range... doing as many as you can on the next weight up then finishing the set on the lighter weight is the next best thing. Just wanted to let you know that I really needed #1 -- I&#039;ve been doing the Men&#039;s Health Spartacus workout and was hesitant to go up on weights because I knew I couldn&#039;t do a heavier weight for 1 minute at a time. This week I&#039;ve added weight for 5 -10 repetitions then gone back down. Genius! Knowing that I only have to do a few makes it easier to add in the heavier weights. Thanks for the post.</description>
