is the most effective cardio workout for burning fat. If you don’t

With the Gym-Boss Interval Timer you no longer have to be watching
the clock. It does it for you.

 
You can set it to beep or vibrate so you’ll know, even if your
ipod is blasting in your ears or if you’re outside running.

You can set it on 1 or 2 different intervals and it will keep
repeating in a continuous cycle, or you can set it manually as a
countdown timer.

You can also use it to do timed strength training intervals.
