What Should You Do?

Filed Under Motivation · Tagged:

Do you ever wish the key to your success could just be handed right over

to you?

People come to me with lots of questions. They want solutions and they want

them fast. Do you ask questions like this?

What should I eat?

When should I eat it?

How much protein?

What about low carbs?

What about low fat?

How many reps?

What’s the best cardio?

What should my heart rate be in the ‘fat-burning zone’?

What’s better, free weights or machine weights?

What do you think about pilates?

Should I use a detox product?

Is there a good fat burner on the market?

Lets face it, we are on information overload and it’s no wonder.

There are so many theories, diet and exercise plans out there,

many good, many bad. Knowledge is power, but not as powerful as

putting your knowledge into action.

Your nutrition and exercise are important to the process, but what

is really important is what keeps you staying on your exercise and

nutrition program.

Your mental planning is ultimately what determines your success.

Here is list of more powerful questions to focus on and ask

yourself:

1. When I have a set back, obstacle, or life just gets in the way,

how can I stay on track?

2. What is my real reason for wanting to achieve my goal?

3. What can I replace or change in my life that does not empower me

to succeed?

4. If I could create my future and I knew that I could succeed…

what would that look like? How would it feel? What would I be

doing? How would I be doing it?

5. What am I going to do today to help me reach my goals?

6. How can I remain positive and have compelling confidence?

7. Is this food or activity the best choice I can make to help me

reach my goals?

Be well,

Lauren
