What a timely post!
Talk about stuffing oneself …

I had Japanese buffet last night with the family (nephew’s birthday) and I didn’t notice how much more I had consumed as I was
enjoying chatting with family and friends (all 10 of us!).

I had “an awakening” in the middle of the night (as my system protested) and I decide that I will be on “alert mode” the next time I go for any buffets.
