I have been thinking about losing weight since my last child was born three years ago. I thought it would happen miraculously when I stopped nursing, but of course it didn’t. Instead, my weight seemed to be going up. Under Lauren’s coaching, I achieved my goal to lose weight. I lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks and I began exercising regularly and focusing not just the calories that I consumed, but on the full nutritional profile of my diet … was I getting enough protein? Was the mix of fat, carbohydrates and protein balanced? Was I getting all the vitamins I needed? Perhaps most remarkably, with her guidance I was able to continue to lose weight even after sustaining a serious knee injury skiing. Though I could no longer exercise at all, I achieved more than half my weight loss after the accident! It was particularly notable because I was quite upset about the injury and could easily have lost momentum but did not. One more thing, she was not my trainer, she was my coach and I achieved my goal with a weekly phone conversation from my home in Toronto, Canada to her phone in Dallas.

The program was not only easy to follow but thorough and well explained. I was completely surprised at how easy it is to navigate and understand even though I have no prior experience with this type of program.
The instructions were very appropriate for the equipment I own.
This is such a great way to work side by side with Lauren even though we are not in the same gym. Lauren designs the program, I report my results and she can monitor my progress online. Great!
